ABOUT ME

I’m Gareth Ogden. I’ve worked in learning and development for the past 10 years, starting out as an induction trainer for a large city call centre, progressing to lead large scale multilevel programs in global businesses. I learnt my trade in the fast paced world of high target selling, working under a growing pressure to churn out young motivated sales people hungry for commission. I soon developed the most effective ways to transfer knowledge quickly but later became aware that success hinged on a far more important and complex quality, mind-set. This led me down a path of personal development into the field of behavioural and performance psychology. I went on to study adult learning, mental health and a number of therapeutic approaches which I combined as a backdrop to my work as an L&D professional. Armed with a unique combination of skills, training and experience, I’ve led and implemented highly successful learning and people development solutions across financial services, consumer sales and telecommunications industries.

As well as holding experience as a program leader, I’m most alive in a training room or conference. I am passionate about the potential of people and there is no better place to see that than from the front of a room. I’ve been fortunate enough to train with some of the country’s best corporate and media professionals to hone my presentation skills, an art which I continue to practice and improve upon. I have experience designing and delivering to small to large live audiences as well as with professional film crews and directors.

I’m Astrid Ennis. I have over 20 year’s corporate experience working with organisations such as BMW, Mindbox and the Virgin Media Group.

Having had a strong career in front-line sales and learning & development, I have the skills and experience to help individuals and teams to deliver high performance by uncovering talent.

Over the last decade, I've helped thousands of people improve their performance and implemented strategic sales, management, leadership and communication skills programs, demonstrating measurable bottom line results.

I'm a straight-talking coach, qualified in MBTI and certified with the Institute of Sales and Management.
