Success is not a matter of chance, it’s a matter of choice, you can sit back and hope that you find it or take action and make sure it does.

I have always had a passion for personal development and have spent much of the past 10 years studying behavioural psychology, adult learning and cognitive therapies. These interests lead me to a career in corporate learning and development consultancy working with organisations like The Co-operative Group, Avon Cosmetics and Virgin Media. After qualifying as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist at Regents School for Psychology in 2009, I developed a private practice to coincide with my corporate work offering one to one bespoke treatment plans to clients seeking to improve their mental health or enhance their life/work through performance coaching.

During my career, I have been fortunate enough to train with some of the UKs leading therapists and coaches. I met Trevor Silvester, founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and best-selling author at the age of 22 when I became his student. Now I work alongside Trevor as a learning assistant at the leading training accreditation organisation - Quest Institute, supporting new therapists studying towards their diploma. It was here I earned a full Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (Dip. Cog. Hyp) as well as an NCFE accredited Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

Outside of my work, I’m a keen Martial Artist and healthy living fanatic. I earned world gold and silver medals in Karate during my late teens and early twenties and have more recently entered the competition arena again, winning a silver in the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation London Open. Utilising my professional skills in this sporting context has led to the development of an additional arm to my business which focuses on the competitive winning mind-set. In this I have worked with a number of professional athletes and often speak at sporting seminars about the importance of a strong mind game.

I am captivated by what makes us ‘be’ and intend to make it my life’s work to help those who want, realise their true potential.
